주요 업무
. Manage and oversee daily operation of Accounting team, including AP and AR.
. Reconcile general ledger to each account’s statement on a regular basis
. Assist with quarterly book closing and generate financial statements
. Support audit process and preparation of quarterly financial reports
. Make journal or ledger entries, if necessary
. Establish proper accounting methods and policies to satisfy compliance requirements.
. Act as a liaison with internal teams and external parties, including clients, suppliers, and banks
. Manage federal/state tax return schedule, review tax return prepared by external accountant, and research tax issues to find solutions.
. Assist with preparation of IPO and listing procedures on KOSDAQ
. Support Korean SEC reporting
. Special projects and other tasks as assigned

자격 요건
. Bachelor’s degree
. 7 to 12 years of related experience (경력 연수는 다소 부족해도 지원 가능합니다.)
. Knowledge of GAAP, K-IFRS, and K-SOX (한국 회계 지식이 더 중요합니다.)
. Proficient in Quickbook and MS Office
. Fluent in Korean and English
