Job Summary
The role of this position is to contribute to digital marketing duties by creating engaging captions and by developing relationships with influencers. You will also be central to business development by communicating the brand’s products/philosophy and the president’s ideas during meetings with retailers, distributors, marketing agencies, etc. Lastly, the job will require networking and sales during travels to expos and conferences.

Job Expectations

*Communications
Organizing and attending meetings, company events, or conferences with the President
Preparing letters, presentations, and reports
Answering phones and emails in a profession and courteous manner

* Marketing / PR
Create engaging captions/content to sustain readers’ curiosity on social media
Develop relationships with influencers and magazines
Coordinate with a PR agency about upcoming coverage and JKosmmune’s activities

* Business Development
Participate in business development events: including but not limited to meetings, trade shows, and expos.

* Other Duties
Administrative – Working closely with the president to assist and coordinate the president’s daily activities

Who You Are & Requirements
Highly organized and efficient at communications with a friendly personality. Ideally seeking career-minded individuals currently pursuing their passion in the RETAIL cosmetics industry.
Good people skills, able to work well with other team members
Flexible, proactive and positive attitude. Willingness to take initiative.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Extensive use of office applications (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote). intermediate computer skills.

Bilingual capability (English/Korean) mandatory
Preferred experience: Communications for +1 year
