** Job Description

1. Coordinate all supplier activity from order release to parts receipt.
2. Ensure supplier adherence to shipping schedules
– to reduce of Past Due Order releases and delinquent Suppliers
– to visit to resolve issues with continuously problematic suppliers
– to design and implement numerous methods for validating and tracking past due order releases.
3. Participate in Supplier conferences
4. Responsible for negotiation of parts procurement price with suppliers
5. Responsible for negotiation of parts packing price with suppliers
6. Responsible for negotiation of parts painting price with suppliers
7. Expedite the initial parts receiving from suppliers
8. To resolve any contractual issues with suppliers
9. Perform all necessary file maintenance with respect to supplier activity
10. Coordinate OEM activity including OE price information update.
11. Parts inventory control
12. S.O.Q calculation for supplier order
