Job Title: Accounting Manager/Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt
Location: West Point, GA & Philadelphia, PA

Job Duties for this position will include (but are not limited to):

* Financial Accounting:
– Review the invoice data entry after system parking before posted to book
– Analyzing cost and expenses
– Monitoring general accounting and payroll processes
– Prepare and file annual property tax to state and local tax
– Preparing month end closing of PL & BS properly and consistently based on GAAP and company policy.

* Managerial Accounting:
– Supervising Account Payable and Account Receivable duties
– Developing and maintaining accounting internal control system
– Reviewing PO process and monitoring budget vs expenditure
– Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues

* Others
– Responsible for training and educating Accounting staff to expand their job knowledge and abilities regarding accounting functions
– Preparing HQ reporting packages in timely manner
– Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and year end close while maintaining a high level of accuracy
– Assist and work with CFO and Controller when requested

Requirements:

* BA/BS with an emphasis in Accounting. CPA preferred.
* 3+ years of Management experience with a concentration on the financial reporting/general ledger area.
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word as well as experience with accounting software SAP.
* Bilingual preferred (English and Korean)
* General accounting based knowledge (GAAP/IFRS)
* Large Company / Corporation Experience (High volume transactions) a plus
* Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines required
* Excellent team working abilities
* Careful attention to detail, accurate required
