Job Requirements:
•Strong computer and technical writing skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
•Ability to work off shifts as needed for training purposes
•BS Degree preferred but will consider previous training experience in ware house experience.
•Ability to teach/coach team members to promote standardized work practices

Job Duties:
•Write and revise work instructions for GLOVIS Georgia operations
•Conduct training analysis on a departmental and individual team member basis
•Train employees for general operation practices (safety, 5S)
•Conduct forklift/tugger training and issue licenses
•Train employees for specific job skills
•Maintain training records and skills matrix for team members
•Create written detailed job descriptions
•Create written and illustrated detailed SOP’s
•Create written and illustrated work instructions to be posted in work areas
•Continuous improvement of job functions
•Create cross training plans for all departments and team members
•Other duties as assigned by managers
