    ■ Language Proficiency

    – Fluent in English

    – Other languages such as Korean, Chinese, Turkish, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish and Thai are plus.

    – Minimum 4 years experiences to 25 years including professional degree

     

    ■ Preferred Job Experiences

    – Healthcare industry consulting experience

    – Hospital operation and financing experience

    – Healthcare project & Real Estate development experience

     

    [Research Analyst]

    – Ability to analyze potentially disparate business models

    – Document business models through manual creation

    – Assess strengths/ weaknesses of model

    – Ability to create rough outlines and analyze legal documents and contracts

    – Ability to conduct microeconomic and macroeconomic market analysis in countries where there is limited data

    – Ability to conduct demand analysis

    – Ability to conduct competition analysis

     

    [Business Planner / Strategist]

    – Customize business model components for future implementation

    – Formulate overall business strategies

    – Create execution strategies

    – ID target market

    – ID potential projects and partners for execution

    – Create financial models

     

    [Project Manager]

    – Develop work plans for clients/partners engagement

    – Produce deliverables, presentations

    – Manage cross-functional teams internally and externally, including project updates, budgeting, and milestones/goals

    – Assist in production of work when needed

     

    [Hospital Administrator / Hospital Business Planner & Strategist]

    – Have strong understanding of hospital finance and operating expenses (clinical, non-clinical, and facilities)

    – Experience in optimizing clinical, non-clinical, facilities cash flows

    – Ability to estimate revenue/ operating expense structure of hospitals in various locations

    – Ability to manage/ evaluate various service providers (clinical, non-clinical, and facilities)

    – Experience in conducting search and hiring of service providers

    – Ability to analyze insurance policy structures

    – Develop a system user manual and train staff/clients

    – Lead day-in life activities to prepare hospital staff members to practice various patient or facility scenarios in order to test the functionality of the facility and the organization’s processes.

    – Prepare scenarios and facilitated various teams through detailed patient flows

    – Coordinate human resource functions and developed operational processes
