Business Planning Analyst (대리/과장급) 모집 (서울 여의도 본사 근무)

[주요업무]
Main Job Function: Business Planning & Analysis (전략/ 경영기획, 분석)
o Identify business opportunities and propose mid-long term corporate strategy to management team
o Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, forecast market trends and financial impact
o Provide continuous industry, market, and competitor and also monitoring, analysis and reporting
o New product & business incubation
o Inter-department coordination on various management opportunities and challenges
Key Accountabilities
– Industry volume trend analysis and forecast
o Scenario forecasting to support business decision
o Mid-long term forecasting and controlling of company production and monthly sales
o New product & business incubation
– Financial advisory
o Carry out competitor/food chain financial analysis and identify business insight
o Support financial analysis of special projects, financial effectiveness and profit forecasting
– Management reporting
o Prepare and present regular business highlights on market trends to local/HQ management
o Responsible for the quarterly market earning release and other business reporting schedules

[자격요건]
– At least 5 years of career experience in Financial Planning / Business Planning & Analysis or Strategy functions
– Management consulting firm / Investment bank research experience is an advantage
– Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications, influencing, and team building skills
– Problem solving and analytical skill is a must, with ability to generate business insights
– Comfortable working directly with the senior management team
– Self-motivating personnel with a can-do attitude
– CFA, AICPA, KICPA Certification is a plus
– Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
