1. Battery Expert
□ Expert about battery performance and problem analysis
– Electrochemistry major (Master or Ph. D degree)
– Field Failure Analysis experience
□ Battery advanced material and technology development expert:
Battery advanced platform development expert.
– Battery development strategy setting and management: Battery material
majors/Cell development experience
– New battery material and technology outsourcing
□ Specialist in development of new battery’ Risk assessment and Development process analysis
– Risk analysis and management: FMEA analysis and QC plan experience
– Battery company process line analysis and CTQ management:
FMEA analysis and CTQ verification(experience of quality management in assembly line)

2 Passive Component Expert
□ Expert in passive component & chip inductor
– Magnetic Component Experienced (Chip Inductor, Transformer understanding required)
– Manufacturing equipment, production flow experienced
– Component design, Component selection, reliability analysis expert

3. Packaging Expert
□ PCB, Semiconductor related Physical Failure Analysis Expert
– X-ray/CT, SAT, Cross-section, De-layer, SEM, FIB
– 3+ year FA experience

4. PCB Expert
□ PCB material expert: Review of new materials and Assurance of mass production
– New materials analysis and Research
– Standardization about material property
□ Structural stress simulation expert associated with PCB and neighboring
components/mechanical environment
– Advanced research about new structure/components/materials
– PCB specification simulation according to the model structure change.
Part Reliability Prediction/Verification/Improvement expert
– AP package/PCB development, Board-level reliability prediction
– Specification and Reliability Review when developing new PCB
– Device analysis(warpage measurement, X-section)

5. Sensor Expert
□ Developer for improving Wearable GPS performance
□ Gyro sensor, waterproof sensor and barometer sensor developer

6. Display Expert
– Color expert & Touch IC Firmware experience
– Relevant to Smart pen experience(ex. Active pen experience)

– Capable of image processing simulation

7. RF Expert
– Strong technical background and capabilities of designing RF transceiver or power amp
– Design knowhow of filters such as SAW, BAW, and F-BAR
– Define product portfolio, research new technology, improve product performance and analylize the cause of defects
– Interface with development team to assist on component design (component selection, design support, and reliability analysis)
– Prefer whom has work experiences at Qualcomm, Avago, RFMD and Skyworks.

8. 카메라, 이미지 프로세싱, Vision관련 전문가
