Sr. RF System Engineering Manager
ActsPower Technologies, Inc. is seeking for a Sr. RF System Engineering manager which will be responsible for providing the leadership and central technical solutions in the full range of the R&D of the RF team supporting all aspects of wireless base stations; through the feasibility design and tradeoff analyses; concept, preliminary, contract and detail design; and life cycle engineering. In additions, it is required good experience in the direct management of engineering personnel level of general supervisory tasks and performance management.
Experience Requirements and Education:
– 15+ years of relevant experience in wireless RF system engineering; including 5 or more years experience in a management or supervisory role.
– Prior experience specifically with RF Base station Systems including repeaters is very highly preferred.
– Demonstrated effective strategic decision making and planning skills.
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent English/Korean written and communications skills.
