[Job Description]
– Communicate between business stakeholders and technical divisions.
– Maintain and build upon established communication channels to develop effective working relationships and respond to local and HQ requests in a professional and timely manner.
– Business analysis of local needs and requirements gathering.
– Assist local subsidiaries requiring technical advice for local solutions, technical issues, and/or etc.
– Creation of training materials and provide ad-hoc and structured training for business stakeholders.
– Escalate issues which need to be fixed to HQ.
– Provide technical support during rollout of projects.
– Manage schedule of new development/enhancement projects of system.
– Carry out user acceptance test of all new development or enhancement of system.
– Management of local changes for enhancements to the website.
– General HTML, CSS and JavaScript development to update static files.
– Integrate and manage the implementation of third-party web-based solutions and technologies into the web architecture.
[Qualification]
– Must have 0 ~ 2 years of experience within IT field. (Entry level possible)
– Exellent planning, analysis, teamwork and multi-tasking skills
– Outstanding communication skills
– Enjoy leaning new stuffs and working in team environment
– Strong customer service/support mind
– Must US permanent resident or citizen
