Position Title : Sales Manager-DSD
Direct Report To: Sr. Sales Manager_PSBUIndirect Report To: General Manager_PSBU
Department: PSBU Location: Fullerton, CAMAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
-Achieve target sales through collaboration with retailers and by winning competition with competitors
-Promote best output in cooperating with cross-functional department in Pulmuone USA
-Promote activities for on-time placement of new products, set up promotional activities to hit targetESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: List the main areas in which the job must deliver in order to successfully achieve its purpose
Key Outputs Measurements / Performance Indicators
• Manage sales target and profitability • Achieve monthly/annual sales target
• New product placement • Placement grid and new product sales
• Execute promotional activities • # of promotion set up
• Order taking and input in the system • Complete order input in time
• Relationship management with retailers •ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Market trend research, competitor analysisKEY INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Cooperation with Warehouse Team, accounting team for AR collection
KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Relationship management with key retailer buyersKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong MS office skills, with emphasis on Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual: Korean & English
• Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with flexibility-multi-tasking in a fast-paced environmentEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree
• Food industry experience a plus
