Sales Manager

Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. needs a Sales Manager based in Georgetown, Kentucky to provide leadership in the development and launch of a new business opportunity in its Global Parts unit as well as identification and development of other new business opportunities for the unit, with a strong focus on the Korean supplier chain; set up sales processes and manage the supply chain; set up and manage the warehouse floor operations; create and manage customer account budgets and cost analyses; manage daily business activities (A/R, quality, capacity, expedites, etc.); coordinate and communicate with the parent company and vendors. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 6-9 years’ experience in the automotive industry, preferably including experience with production control and logistics, and technical orientation such as ability to read and implement technical drawings, specifications and blueprints. Candidates must possess fluency in bilingual English/Korean languages. Preferred candidates will have business experience with the Korean automotive supply chain and have a willingness to travel regularly to Korea. Computer skills required include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; and system experience such as JD Edwards and SAP; and Internet proficiency.
