Deal with processing whole stage of sales from ordering to HQ to invoicing to customers in the US. 2. Control inventories in California & New Jersey include calculating COGS. 3. Arrange delivery schedule with logistic partner and customers. 4. Manage customer return requests. 5. Escalate any shipping errors or transportation related requests to Logistics. 6. Generate proper reports in regards with KPI, sales, accounting, and statistical result. 7.
