– Job Description
1. Deal with processing whole stage of sales from ordering to HQ to invoicing to customers in the US.
2. Control inventories in California & New Jersey include calculating COGS.
3. Arrange delivery schedule with logistic partner and customers.
4. Manage customer return requests.
5. Escalate any shipping errors or transportation related requests to Logistics.
6. Generate proper reports in regards with KPI, sales, accounting, and statistical result.
7. Organize and maintain files and be able to communicate clearly.

연봉: $40K – 50K
복리후생: Health, Dental, Vision 보험, 중식대, 차량유지비용 제공

– 채용조건
1. High School Diploma(or above)
2. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, Especially Excel with statistical analyst(vlookup, match, Pivot table, etc.).
3. Able to perform well organized time management.
