    The newly formed R&D Institute, U.S.
    (RADIUS) has multiple career opportunities
    in Southern California for candidates
    with the following profiles:

    ACCOUNTING MANAGER
    – 7-10 years of progressively responsible
    accounting experience
    – SAP knowledge a PLUS
    – PC proficient in MS Office
    (Excel, Power Point, Access)
    – Experience in month-end closing activities
    – Preparation of accounting reports
    (A/R & Inventory)
    – Controls & participates in annual
    audit/review process
    – Prepares & files various state and local tax reports
    – Preparation of Excel & Power Point reports
    for Headquarters
    – Preparation & reconciliation of annual budget

    MIS COORDINATOR

    – 2-year or 4-year degree in related field
    – 1-2 years of MIS experience 
    – Comprehensive knowledge of
    Windows/MS products
    – Strong network knowledge Incl. TCP/IP
    – Knowledgeable in PC hardware and software
    – SAP knowledge a plus

    OFFICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT
    – 3-5 years experience supporting
    Senior Management
    – Solid knowledge of Windows/MS
    Office Environment 
    – Verbal & written English/Korean
    communication skills including the
    ability to edit work for spelling & grammar
    – Adapts to changes in the work environment,
    manages competing demands & is able to
    deal with frequent change, delays or
    unexpected events.
    – Strong interpersonal skills & sensitive to
    the need for high levels of confidentiality
    – Ability to identify & resolve problems in a timely manner
    – Must be high-energy and polished individual

    RECRUITER
    – Sourcing qualified candidates for
    positions in the US & Headquarters (Seoul, Korea)
    – Recruit, screen, & manage the pre-employment
    test & reference check process
    – Negotiate compensation packages with candidates
    – Arrange interviews with Headquarters. 
    Follow up for results and feedback
    – Create, build and maintain candidate database
    – Prepare hiring reports for each candidate
    – Support HR Manager & HR Advisor in matters
    related to the HR function in the US office
    – Develop & maintain the relationship with
    members of the HR team & hiring teams
    in Headquarters
    – Create employment advertisement
    campaigns with various media outlets. 
    Analyze campaign results, reports & trends

    General Requirements:
    – 4-year Degree from Accredited University
    Accounting/Finance, Business Administration
    or related field respectively.  2-year Degree
    is acceptable for the MIS Coordinator
    or the Office Support Assistant ONLY.
    – Fluency in English & Korean to maintain
    good communication flow with Headquarters.
    – Construction & Engineering Industry experience
    is highly desired.
    – Eligible to work in the U.S.
