Overview: Samsung SDS America is currently seeking a SAP SD/Analyst to

join our team in Ridgefield Park, NJ to support world’s leading electronics manufacturer, Samsung Electronics. This position will lead the process

improvement efforts for the Sales, Operations and Marketing groups

utilizing SAP and other relevant technologies. Conduct in-depth review and analysis of business systems and processes and be responsible for the

delivery of new or modified SAP solutions as well as the support of existing technology.

Role and Responsibility:

·         Responsible for SAP in areas like Order management, Pricing,

Billing and Shipping

·         Responsible for complex problem analysis including: determining

the cause, possible solutions, and implementation and communicationof final solution and determine appropriate technologies to solve

business and system problems

·         Provide functional descriptions and business process support to

the development team

·         Create business standard documentation of all new processes

·         Generate test runs for user acceptance test and train users

Requirements:

·         3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD module and business

experience

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Customer oriented behavior and good communication skills

(Korean bilingual preferred)
