Responsibility
-Build strong relationships with client contacts and develop a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives
-Build a comprehensive knowledge about company\’s capabilities and client
-Deliver accurate, creative and actionable Shopper insights from corporate tools, analysis & consultancy in order to create measurable change for client
-Work with Team Captain to develop insight solutions to client issues which drive business decision making and deliver measurable value to client
-Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of work as directed by Team Captain
-Make a significant contribution to delivering revenue targets for the client group from identifying and effectively managing clients and projects
-Collaborate relentlessly with others in order to execute a ‘joined up’ approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan.

Requirements
3-5years experience of working at either a Retailer, FMCG company or Research Agency specialising in Retail data
Experience of managing client relationships
Degree or equivalent (2i or higher) from an established university
Knowledge of any specific disciplines in FMCG or retail environment including Category Management, Pricing/Promotions, Shopper or Consumer insight, NPD or marketing measurement
Articulate and able to demonstrate strong communication skills both internally with colleagues and externally with clients
Excellent commercial acumen
Strives for excellence and puts the customer first
Passionate about delivering great results
Strong planning and organisational skills and able to manage a number of workstreams simultaneously
Tenacious and calm in challenging situations
