☞ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Industrial Engineering or equivalent desired
4~5 years of manufacturing / automotive manufacturing experience preferred

Bilingual (English and Korean) preferredQuality Control Manager:
• Implement on the SOP, MRP, FIFO, FMEA, ISO 16949, and QS-9000 for automotive production quality
• Control the quality for the production and operation of automotive parts for various customers
• Perform a time motion study at automotive production section and suggested changes to increase production rate
• Analyze packing boxes and redesigned their sizes and substances to reduce transportation costs and shipping frequencies
• Prepare and issued PPAP/ISIR in the beginning of the project for quality performances
• Standardize a process for installation, removal, material handling procedure, and storage of automotive manufactures
• Implement production and work environment quality through the ergonomics, safety, 5S/6S and 8 wastes
• Monitor the cause of defective parts by production and improved 5s/6 status to make a better working condition
• Evaluate the raw data and cultivate new ideas to improve the welding operation section using workplace organization
methods and industrial engineering tools
• Monitor and updated daily production reports and provided upper management a detailed summary on monthly basis
• Reduce production cost by installing working dies and rearranging operation equipment in facilities
• Work on a project which reduced defective parts from the manufacturing system and the material handling procedure• Working location: Montgomery, AL
