Most important part of our company is to provide exceptional customer service and offering the very best experience to our customers! Our Sales Associate is key to our company, and each associates performance has a huge impact on sales performance and customer perception. That’s why we choose associates with up most care. Our Sales Associates must possess willingness and positive attitude to solve the customer’s needs while making an effort to create trusting environment and long term loyalty. You will have the opportunity to develop communication skills, detail orientation and improve your natural skill in positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Asking open ended questions to thoroughly understand customer needs, so that customer could find what they need not want.
2. Understand and have knowledge of our products and know the differences.
3. Assist with making the store and inventory organized and neat.
4. Understand the business aspects and strategies to improve sales.
5. Team work to achieve the goal at handLocation:

• Naperville, IL (1295 E.Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60563)Qualification:
1. Minimum of 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience
2. Lifting up to 50 lbs
3. Standing and moving up to 100% of the time
4. High School Diploma or Equivalent
5. At least 18 years of age
6. Availability varies by weekly and some weekends, closing, and holiday shifts are mandatory.
