The head quarters of Card Data Services accepts applications for Application Program Developers. Their roles are designing, coding, testing and implementing the customized business application programs. Developers should analyze the application requirements by collecting information from end users and design appropriate application systems with SQL databases, develop and test coding according to the specifications and implement them to the production application systems. The developers should be familiar to business flows and system environments in other to develop efficient customized application programs. Also, they should corporate to other developers, system administrators and end users to achieve the business goals. The main development environment is ASP.NET with MS SQL server 2000. Candidates should know at least one of the computer programming languages, and how to programming web-based data-driven applications with SQL database.
Job Requirements
Understand ASP.NET structure with C# and Visual Basic
- Handle at least one of the ASP.NET languages like C# or Visual Basic or both
- Web-based programming abilities with ASP.NET infra structure
- Develop and deploy security policies for web applications
- Maintain the in-house applications and troubleshooting the existing problems
Understand Web Services and SQL Servers
- Analyze and design the MS SQL database
- Develop security policies of application programs and deploy them to the application programs
- Should know how to program with SQL stored procedures
Other skills
- Understand POS system conceptually, might need to develop or support POS systems
Understand Card Processing Terminals conceptually
