오래전에 근무했던 회사가 뉴욕 증권 거래소에 상장을 했습니다.

이에 따라, 얼마 않 되는 주식이지만, 주식 신탁 회사에서 아래와 같이 거래하고 있는
E-trade나 Fidelity 같은 증권사 (broker)에 요청해서 이관하라고 안내가 왔습니다.

증권사에 문의하니 Account Transfer 양식을 작성해서 내면 된다고 해서 초안을 작성했습니다.
주식 신탁 회사의 계정은 statement를 보내줘서 해당 정보를 기입하면 된다는 것은 알겠는 데 ,
Transfer 받는 거래 증권사의 Account Number 에는 무었을 적어야 되는 지요?

빈 칸으로 적어서 내면 Transfer 받는 거래 증권사에서 새롭게 계좌를 만들어 주는 지요?
아니면 별도의 거래 계좌를 만들고 이를 적어서 제출해야 하는 지요?

해당 증권사 계정은 다른 회사 YYY 의 RSU 때문에 만든 것이라서,
회사 YYY의 Stock Plan 계좌와 이와 연관된 Individual Brokage 계좌가 개설되어 있는 상황입니다.
일반 상장 주식 (A**, N**, 등등) 거래를 위한 별도 계좌를 열어서 해당 계좌번호를 알려줘야 하는 지요 ?

혹시 관련 경험이 있으신 분은 조언 부탁 드립니다.
주식 거래 초보인데 영문 용어로 전화로 하니 제 영어도 짧고 주식 초보라서 많이 어렵네요.

If your shares are book-entry and NOT restricted you may provide a copy of this statement to your broker who can initiate an electronic transfer of the shares via the DRS Profile module into your brokerage account. The transaction usually takes 2-3 business days as the transaction is verified between the Depository Trust Company (DTCC), the transfer agent and back to the broker.

The broker will require a 10 digit account number to process the DRS. Please put leading zeros in front of the account number listed on the statement.
