Marketing Analyst (Bilingual Korean)

Responsibilities:

Manage inside sales activities and provide daily reports.
Strategically oversee sales activities to optimize performance.
Develop and report on marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Report on sales performance both daily and weekly.
Identify and monitor customer issues or complaints at both individual load and overall account levels.
Participate regularly in customer meetings to gather essential information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all internal and external reporting requirements.
Continuously enhance knowledge of supply chain dynamics including market conditions, pricing, transportation modes, and equipment.
Analyze complex or multiple data sets to resolve customer issues effectively.

Qualifications:

Outstanding attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Fluent communication skills in both Korean and English (or Chinese).
