Requirements
• BS in Accounting or Finance
• Effective PC skills in WordPerfect, MS Excel and Power Point, Word, Access
• Familiarity with integrated/automated accounting systems would be extremely helpful

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining/analyzing monthly management reports, AR and AP.
• Compile and analyze shipping and purchasing information to prepare entries to ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, and compare actual costs to expected costs and then make recommendations for cost-control measures.
• Preparing monthly management reports and assisting in controlling budgets, forecasting, and planning (yearly management planning).
• Analyzing budget vs. actual spending.
• Assisting in preparing yearly management plans, performing account reconciliations, and accurately prepare schedules, account analyses and reconciliation.
• Compile and analyze shipping and purchasing information to prepare entries to ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements, and compare actual costs to expected costs and then make recommendations for cost-control measures.
