Now Editing “[정규직] Warranty Engineer를 채용중입니다” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at <strong>West Point, GA</strong> 에 위치한 회사에서 정규직 <strong>Warranty Engineer</strong>를 채용중입니다. <strong>Job Responsibilities: </strong> - Responsible for using problem analysis and root cause techniques, and implementing solutions under tight deadlines (8D, 3Panel, 5 Why’s). - Weekly meetings with customer to review, discuss and assign responsibility for all warranty claims. Feedback to team of any claim related to process and supplier. - Organize, coordinate, and document all warranty reduction initiatives involving management to generate the proper actions, feasibility analysis, cost impact, and follow up on implementation dates, including clean points of every action. - Review warranty verbatim weekly to determine responsibility. - Frequent monitoring of KMMG/HMA system for new warranty claims. - Follow requirements of Quality polities and standards, such as, ISO 90001, TS 16949, IATF16949. <strong>Technical Skills Required:</strong> - Core Tools (SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP). - 5Phases, Drill Deep & Wide, 8D’s, 3Panel’s. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, and SAP. - GD&T – Drawing Interpretation. - Familiarity with TS 16949 or ISO/ QS 9000 preferred. - MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Must be bilingual (English/Korean). <strong>Education:</strong> - Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience. <strong>Working Experience Required:</strong> - 3-5 years of experience in the area of quality warranty engineering in an automotive manufacturing assembly environment required. - Full working knowledge of APQP process, flowcharts, work instructions, and control plans. <strong>Benefits:</strong> - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia – Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - Life Insurance - Short Term Disability/ Long Term Disability - 401(k) - Paid Holidays - Paid Personal - Paid Vacation - Vehicle discount 지원을 원하시는 분은 이메일: jobs@joynus.com 로 이력서 보내주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.
