Montgomery, AL 에 위치한 회사에서 정규직 Staff Accountant를 채용중입니다.

Joynus  is recruiting an accountant for a $200 million Tier 1 automotive manufacturer located outside of Montgomery, AL. This position will provide support and assistance to the Accounting Manager and Chief Financial Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1, Review and approve Company documents for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2. Prepare and file monthly Sales and Use tax reports, quarterly Machinery and Equipment tax reports and annual Property tax reports.
3. Prepare Monthly report to CFO on Inventory and Aging of Account Receivables.
4. Oversees posting of Inventory and Goods received.
5. Manages Company Assets in SAP.
6. Maintains registration, licensing and insurance for Company cars
7. Prepare information for monthly CFO reports to Korea.
8. Provide Accounting, Logistics, Sales and Billing support for .
9. Works closely with external Auditors and Tax Preparers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Four year degree in Accounting. Finance or Business with an emphasis in Accounting
2. 1 to 3 years’ experience in Accounting.
3. Strong computer skills and experience with MicroSoft Office, particularly Excel. SAP experience is preferred, but not required.
4. Bi-lingual Korean / English required
5. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
6. The ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities is required.
