Job Description:
The Sales Administrator will have a key role in maintaining a structured approach to all aspects of customer order management and processing. Candidates should be detail oriented and be capable of working within systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer inputs. The position will work closely with the Account Management and Sales team as well as Operations to ensure we meet internal and external customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills enabling you to successfully contact clients to obtain missing information or answer questions.
2. Additional responsibilities may include marketing and general sales support.
3. Generating sales reports
4. Updating internal databases
5. Understanding, documenting and maintaining internal sales administration processes in a professional written manner

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required
2. Korean bilingual required
3. 1~2 years of admin experience preferred
4. Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
