The Product Specialist will help sell and
implement one of our new cloud-based solutions. The main responsibilities for
this position are to become a product expert and leverage that expertise to
create and provide web and video based product demonstrations and training
courses that can be used internally to develop expertise and externally to
build new business and establish an enthusiastic customer base. This position
is very solution and customer focused such that valuable prospect and customer
feedback obtained will be incorporated into the product to continuously improve
our solution offering.Reports to: Professional Services Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Learn the solution and strive to become one of
the solution experts with regard to product features, demonstrations, setup,
training, and industry “best practices”.

Develop the content and capability for product
demos, training, and setup. Content will include webinars, video tutorials,
knowledge base articles, functional documentation, etc.

Provide internal training to company personnel to
ramp-up the global sales and deployment efforts.

Provide training to external customers in the
use and administration of our products leading to cost-effective
implementations.

Provide product improvement feedback internally
to guide strategic direction of product.

Additional responsibilities as required.

Ability to travel for occasional on-site
prospect and customer sessions. Once demo and training content have been
productized the need for on-site sessions will diminish.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in education or business.
mso-fareast-font-family:Symbol;mso-bidi-font-family:Symbol”>·
Business experience consulting with ERP, CRM, and/or
Supply Chain solutions.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing solution
implementations and working with external clients.

The
desire to learn and understand software solutions and the ability to
communicate solution value to prospects and customers.

Confidence in preparing and delivering presentations
to small and large groups.

Experience creating and delivering sales and
training programs via web based sessions.

Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Camtasia and
other content creation products.

Experience with Mobile technologies is a plus.
