Manage the company’s supply portfolio and sales strategy
Create new value in a diverse range of customers
Proactive involvement with local customers; Increase a product’s added value through close collaboration.
Analyze customer’s RFQ (Request For Quotation) and work with the company for optimal sourcing
Use knowledge of automotive parts to discuss customer needs; Evaluation of customer’s perspective and formulation of plans aimed at enhancing effectiveness
Negotiate customer pricing and control costs
Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices; Grasp market trends and customer needs; Identify the issues in mass production project; Stay ahead of customers’ needs and work on new technologies, new methods, and lightweighting; Consider reflecting added value to the selling price.[Requirements and Skills]
Proven work experience as a marketing/sales manager
Familiarity with automotive parts industry
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
BSc degree in business administration, marketing, supply chain or global sourcing etc.
