    Our client who is a South Korean-based supplier of chemicals and allied products and who serves lithium-ion battery manufacturers is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their company as a Purchasing Assistant Manager.

    처우 : 60K ~75K+ (Negotiate 가능)

    Responsibilities:
    – Assist and advise managers on the products to purchase.
    – Maintains and has excellent communication with vendors.
    – Tracks orders and maintains accurate purchase records.
    – Provides information on brands of products that are available in the market.
    – Reviews purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy and investigates any issues before contacting vendors.
    – Coordinates the purchase and subsequent delivery of the goods.
    – Requests suppliers to make bids, complete with price lists of ordered products.
    – Assists the procurement manager in reviewing bids to choose a reliable supplier with the best price.
    – Contacts vendors to schedule a meeting where they can negotiate terms of supply and sign the procurement contract.
    – Monitors the performance of contracted suppliers.
    – Keeps manager updated on the performance of various suppliers and recommends appropriate actions.
    – Maintain records of procurement documents, such as purchase orders, bid proposals and vendor reviews.
    – The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

    Job Qualifications
    – An associate degree in business management or business administration is preferred but not necessary.
    – Minimum of 3 years purchasing experience
    – Must be bi-lingual, English and Koren

    – Proficient experience in Word, Excel, and Power Point
    – Proven experience with procurement
    – Vendor Management
    – Excellent verbal and written communication
    – Experience in negotiating
