– CABAL Online 북미서비스의 고객 관리 업무 (1:1 문의 답변, 게임 내 유저와의 소통, 게임 포럼 관리, 공지 사항 작성 및 게시 등)
– 게임 모니터링 업무 (게임 내 패트롤링, 포럼 조사 및 자체 툴 등을 이용하여 게임 내 버그나 부정 사용자 감지)
– 보고 및 협업 업무 (고객 관리 및 게임 모니터링 전반 사항 및 특이사항 보고, 관련 사항 타 팀에 전달)■ 지원자격

We have an immediate opening for gamemasters. A Gamemaster is an administrator within a multi-player online service who acts as an organizer, arbitrator, and official in situations regarding the game and its users.

– Supports CABAL users through Help Desk ticket reply, forum moderation, in-game communication, and posting official notices.
– Monitors game functionality and detects abusive users and thru periodical In-game patrolling and produce relevant reports.■ Primary Responsibilities
– Strong involvement within the help desk, in-game and forums, to develop and maintain customer/player relations within the CABAL community
– Resolve and respond to players inquires, disputes, and complaints
– Foster trust and goodwill between the players and the company to help develop the community
– Act as a positive role model for players in the game and forums to retain current users and attract new users
– Identify, plan, create, and execute community events to grow players excitement
– Investigate and document issues with regard to bugs, game exploits and other potential issues
– Make sound determinations based on what requires a sense of urgency
– Be an informative resource for the company’s user base
– Work closely with other teams to ensure overall product quality and service
– Report on a daily and weekly basis about game status and daily operations■ Requirements
– Play experience of CABAL Online
– Experience in the online game industry
– Strong verbal and written communications skills
– Able to communicate effectively and collaboratively
– Fluent in English
– Proficient in MS Word and Excel
– Fluency in Korean (Reading, Speaking/Listening) is a plus
