Duties:

. Seeks out interactions with all dining customers ensuring they are welcomed into a warm and friendly environment.

. Work closely with kitchen to ensure food quality and customer order
accuracy and maintaining a close, team centered environment.

. Maintains working knowledge of all drinks. Capable of making beverage
recommendations based upon food ordered or customer preferences.

. Works dining room as a single server or as part of a team, sharing responsibilities.

. Use phone and computers to input/ring customer orders. Communicate needs and requirements to kitchen .

. Ensure that all safety as well as food safety guidelines are followed and maintained at all times.

. Maintain stock of take-out items such as cups, napkins, and chopsticks etc.

. Use of can openers, knives and other preparatory utensils in accordance with safety standards.

. Maintain all cleaning duties such as sanitizing work surfaces,
sweeping, mopping and dish washing according to state health and safety
guidelines.

. Communicate any health and/or safety concerns/violations immediately to your manager.
