ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Handles the administrative commercial, financial, local matters, and the administration of the project site office • Handles VIP arrangements, coordinate interdepartmental meetings and correspondence. • Plans, Purchases (or leases) and manages semi-permanent company assets. • Manages vendors and ensures that the services and invoices provided from vendors are correct, and requests site accounts to make periodic payments, such as payments for mobile phone, electricity, water, airline tickets, rental vehicles, internet, and several other expenses. • Supervises the preparation of all transportation arrangements for employees and expats, including air ticket reservations, and airport/hotel pick-up/drop-off services. • Monitors inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to the budgetary constraints. • Supervises the organization of other office activities (Events, renovations, recycling, etc.) I agree to the terms of service Update List
