MignonandMignon is seeking new Marketing Manager Assistants who can work well with others in a very small setting, take constructive feedback, and bring quality assets in a short turnaround time. Assistants will work directly under the General Manager’s supervision. Responsibilities: Shop Performance Manage product reviews, seller feedbacks, claim and cases, etc. Listing Post product listings quickly and accurately with strong visual assets, product descriptions, and SEO Keep product listings up-to-date to meet current supply and demand Customer Service Resolve problems by addressing customer complaint and concerns Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and offering suggestions Update order information such as shipping address, customization requests, etc. Human Resources Direct all parts of company operations, including but not limited to: order fulfillment, production, customer service, stock inventory, marketing, etc. Delegate tasks to employees in various departments on behalf of the General Manager Document and report employee performances Notify company CPA on new employees information, hours and wages Clerical Duties Making appointments Making phone calls, sending emails, etc. Take on different and new tasks each day as directed by the General Manager Note: Responsibilities and tasks will vary on a day-to-day basis during the introductory stage.
