저희는 미시간지역의 자동차 관련 전문 리쿠르팅 회사구요, 현재 미시간 tier 1 자동차 서플라이어 연구소 고객께서 알고리즘 / 시니어 컨트롤 엔지니어 (Algorithm specialist / Senior Control Systems Engineer) 분들을 찾고 있습니다.

학사, 석사, 박사 각 1명씩을 찾고 있습니다. 경력자이시면 좋으나, 없더라도 지원해주시면, 검토를 요청해 보도록 하겠습니다.
연봉은 경력에따라 조정해야해서 범위가 좀 넓겠지만, 대략 8만에서 18만 수준으로 말씀드린데로 좀 광범위 합니다. 현재 다니고 계신 직장에서 충분히 인상해 점프뛰실수 있는 좋은 포지션입니다.

• Develop control system specifications in agreement with customer and in accordance with existing specifications (customer, supplier, and / or internally)
• Design and develop test control apparatus and equipment, and determine methods,
procedures, and conditions for testing control algorithms
• Develop software applications for controls, instruments, and systems for chassis control systems
• Track and analyze control algorithm requirement changes. Translate customer requirements into detailed software requirements and design as needed.
• Use computer assisted engineering to design control algorithms, and hardware, to perform engineering tasks
• Coordinate the creation of required documents, drawings and specifications
• Develop and review schematics, and conduct associated design reviews
• Define level of software in test samples, documentation and preparation of samples for internal and external use
• Control all control algorithm models and related test / prototype activities
• Maintain test and prototype equipment for electronics as required
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customer and/or internal use, as necessary.
• Troubleshoot bench testing and/or vehicle issues during development
• Lead internal and external design reviews for prototype and production designs, models, and drawings using analysis techniques such as the DFMEA and/or DRBFM to identify and assess design and manufacturing risks.
• As required, direct and monitor the activities of less experienced engineers, as required by the departmental manager. Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members
