안경을 맞출때, 미국에서 검진받은 prescription 을 한국가는 동생이 가져가면, 한국에서 안경 맞춰올수 있나요?

I think you can. Because most Korean eye-glasses are not covered by health insurance. Opticians(eye-glass makers) are not strictly controlled by insurance companies.
In America, you can find less expensive glasses at Costco if you have membership there.

안경을 맞출려면 눈동자와 눈동자 사이의 거리가 필요한데 그것이 prescription에는 없고 안경 맞추는 안경점에서 잰다고 합니다.
대충이라도 자로 눈동자 사이의 거리를 재 가면 좀 낫지 않을까요?

I guess you can request the optometrist to measure and record the distance between the eyes.
