Johns Creek에 위치한 회사에서 아래와 같이 Inside Sales Coordinator를 채용중입니다.

Salary: $41,000 a year
Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
     - Update the balance table every week with forecast, current inventory, shipments in transit as well as production status
     - Update the balance table from the information provided by various warehouse
     - Request expedite production to the mill if needed 
     - Monitor and follow up for any shortage/quality issues
     - Follow up with any issues (invoices, delayed unload, etc)
     - Purchase Order / Order Making Process
     - Place orders on e-sales based on the inventory management
     - Collect PO from MPPC for resale materials
     - Monitor the production status (update and provide production status to MPPC)
     - Communicate with counterpart at HQ for any issues

AP/AR
     - Follow up with any discrepancies in the payments  with both vendors and customers
     - Check payment details on Ford covisint and match ASN # with invoice # for the AR report (check every day)

Requirements:
     - Bachelor's degree
     - 1 year of sales or office admin experience preferred
     - Bilingual in Korean and English
