West Point, GA에 위치한 회사에서 아래와 같이 HR Specialist 를 채용중입니다.

연봉: $40K ~ DOE

주요업무:
- Provide clerical support to Human Resources and Team Members.
- Verifies benefit invoices (TM additions/deletions) before submitting for approval and payment.
- Process new Team Members; orientation, facilitate background checks and schedule drug screens.
- File all paperwork on vacation requests, personal days request, FMLA requests and medical documentation, military and 
   medical leave requests, and personal leave of absence requests.
- Time &amp; Attendance reporting and disciplinary action generation.
- Administers benefit plans (TM enrollment, changes and terminations).
 - Support the Human Resource Manager in additional functions, situations and/or special projects as needed, including but not limited to, the following areas: General Affairs, EEOC/Harassment Investigations, Team Relations, Policy Creation and Implementation

- Bachelor's Degree 
- Human Resources experience preferred
- Bilingual in Korean and English
