Location: Houston, TX
Title: Sales Support
Shift: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (One hour lunch provided)

Main Duties:
– Mainly support duties from the office
– Help resolve claims — this may involve going out to the pier to resolve the claims
– Coordinate with the insurance company to handle the claims
– Manage email communications
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree
– Bilingual Korean and English
– Legally authorized to work in the states

Salary: (Entry) $40-45K
Benefits:
– $500 bonus in the summer and $500 bonus on Thanksgiving
– PTO: Less than a year – 5 days; over a year – 10 days; 5+ years – 15 days
– Car maintenance support fee if the employee travels for work
– Health insurance for individual covered at 90% by company
