Montgomery, AL에 위치한 Automotive 회사에서 아래와 같이 신입 Human Resource Specialist를 채용중입니다.

주요업무:
    - Provide clerical support to Human Resources and Team Members.
    - Verifies benefit invoices (TM additions/deletions) before submitting for approval and payment.
    - HRIS data entry and generates reports as needed.
    - Process new Team Members; orientation, facilitate background checks and schedule drug screens.
    - File all paperwork on vacation requests, personal days request, FMLA requests and medical documentation, military and 
       medical leave requests, and personal leave of absence requests.
    - Time &amp; Attendance reporting and disciplinary action generation.
    - Administers benefit plans (TM enrollment, changes and terminations).
    - Prepares ID badges for new TM’s/Replaces badges as needed.
    - Support the Human Resource Manager in additional functions, situations and/or special projects as needed, including but 
       not limited to, the following areas:
         - General Affairs
         - EEOC/Harassment Investigations
         - Team Relations
         - Policy Creation and Implementation
         - All other duties as assigned.

연봉: $38-42K

자격요건:
    - Bachelor's Degree 
    - Bilingual in Korean and English 
    - Human Resources experience preferred.
