주요업무:
– Provide clerical support to Human Resources and Team Members.
– Verifies benefit invoices (TM additions/deletions) before submitting for approval and payment.
– HRIS data entry and generates reports as needed.
– Process new Team Members; orientation, facilitate background checks and schedule drug screens.
– File all paperwork on vacation requests, personal days request, FMLA requests and medical documentation, military and
medical leave requests, and personal leave of absence requests.
– Time & Attendance reporting and disciplinary action generation.
– Administers benefit plans (TM enrollment, changes and terminations).
– Prepares ID badges for new TM’s/Replaces badges as needed.
– Support the Human Resource Manager in additional functions, situations and/or special projects as needed, including but
not limited to, the following areas:
– General Affairs
– EEOC/Harassment Investigations
– Team Relations
– Policy Creation and Implementation
– All other duties as assigned.연봉: $38-42K
자격요건:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Bilingual in Korean and English
