JOON, LLC. d/b/a AJIN USA, located in Cusseta, Alabama is a Tier 1 supplier to Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, LLC (KMMG) and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing America (HMMA).
AJIN USA was incorporated in 2008 and engages in the manufacture of metal stamped automobile internal body and chassis parts on behalf of its ultimate parent AJIN Korea, which operates through 13 manufacturing facilities in four countries, including Korea, China, Vietnam, and the United States.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– IT Specialist
1) ERP System Development & Management
2) Hardware (PC, Server and ETC) Management

– Maintenance on-site specialist (현장직)
1) 자동화 설비 PLC 활용
2) 유공압 장비 유지보수
3) 산업용 로봇(현대, 카와사키 등) 유지 보수

– Maintenance specialist (사무직)
1) Develop and implement training plans
2) Develop and maintain spare parts inventory
3) Provides logistical support for all Maintenance activities
4) Assist manager/supervisor as needed by providing administrative support
5) Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment.

– Development Specialist
1) Manage purchasing cost and sales cost
2) Manage customers for cost negotiation and new/modified car development
3) Development for mass production (Engineering order management, Scheduling,
Investment cost analysis, Die try-out planning)

REQUIREMENTS
– IT Specialist
1) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
2) 0~2 years related experience preferred
3) Fluency in Korean and English
4) Programing and Database Managing skills (VB.net, MS-SQL and ETC)
5) Office software Utilization skills (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
6) A positive working attitude that is quick to adapt to the multicultural corporate environment
7) Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties

-Maintenance on site Specialist (현장직)
1) 3~20 years related field and work experience with high school diploma or above

-Maintenance Specialist (사무직)
1) Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or 2 years related field experience with BA degree required
2) Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD
3) An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills
4) Capability to perform multi-tasks

-Development Specialist
1) Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Business field
2) English fluency required
3) 1~2 years related field experience preferred
4) Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, preferred
5) An individual must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
