Responsibilities
Daily driver`s schedule follow up
Daily equipment management
Daily update to cs for delivery status
Delivery update input to company`s system (TMS)
Create and dispatch daily schedule to drivers
Schedule road service for any equipment issue
Managing and sending daily ap report to accounting team

Qualifications
Communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition
Excellent clerical organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel
Knowledge of computers and excels for scheduling and other dispatching duties
Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
