안녕하세요.
올해 1월에 시민권 신청을 하고 첫번째 인터뷰 날짜가 6월 12일로 잡혔습니다.
하필이면 이때가 6년만에 애들 데리고 한국에 가는 날이라 리스케줄 요청했고요.
 6월 29일로 인터뷰가 잡혔습니다.

그런데 한국 다녀와서 6월 29일에 출장이 예정되어있어서 인터뷰를 참석하지 못할 사정이라
6월 7일에 전화해서 다시 리스케줄 해달라고 요청을 했습니다.

그리고는 며칠뒤에 제 Case가 closed되었다고 연락이 왔습니다.
편지 내용을 발췌했습니다.

However, you provided correspondence to USCIS explaining why you were unable to appear for the scheduled interview, with no estimated time when you will be ready for the interview. Therefore, USCIS determined your Form N-400 application will be administratively closed. Once you are ready to appear for your Form N-400 interview, please follow the instruction below.

You may reopen this application by submitting a written request to USCIS within 1 year from the date the Form N-400 was closed. There is no fee when submitting a timely written request to reopen the application. If USCIS does not receive your request to reopen within this time period, your application will be considered abandoned and dismissed without further notice to you. See Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations (8 CFR), section 335.6.

제 기억에는 7월 2일에 돌아온다고 얘기를 한 것 같은데, 
암튼 어필을 해서 다시 Reopen을 하려고 하는데 구체적인 방법을 모르겠네요.

USCIS로 편지를 보내라는데 이게 어떤 Form이 있는 건지 구글링해도 정확한 정보를 못찾겠네요.

그냥 다시 신청을 하는 것이 나을까요?
혹시 경험이 있으신 분들 조언부탁드립니다.
