The P&C Insurance Specialist interacts with policyholders to address policy questions and related customer insurance needs. The Associate serves as a liaison between policyholders and internal functions such as underwriting and accounting. The candidate handles inbound calls and emails in support of policyholder needs. [Contracting&Recruiting Specialist] Job Description Job Title: Contracting/Recruiting Specialist The Medicare Contracting and Recruiting Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting contracting activities with Medicare carriers and agents. In addition, it focuses on identifying, attracting, and contracting with new Medicare agents to support sales and service efforts. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining relationships with Medicare carriers, and supporting the onboarding of new agents .The specialist works closely with upline agencies. Key Responsibilities: Contract/Licensing Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts with Medicare carriers and agents. Manages contracts with new health insurance carriers and oversees the company’s licenses. (Business Entity and President’s individual license) Manages and supports the contract status of Medicare agents. Support & Documentation: Provide guidance and support to agents during the contracting and onboarding process. Maintain organized records of contract activities, amendments, and updates. Enters and manages information for new agents in AgencyBloc. Problem Resolution: Address any contract-related issues with Medicare agents. Manages and supports contract transfers and new appointments with health insurance carriers. Agent Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract Medicare agents. Conduct outreach, networking, and sourcing activities to identify potential candidates. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and supporting recruiting seminars. Supports marketing activities for recruiting. Identifying and recruiting Licensed Only Agent (LOA) candidates. Onboarding Support: Facilitate onboarding for new agents, including contract management, licensing, and guide certification for Medicare carriers. Supports new agents in accessing and using the contract request platform. LOA Operating Support Manage and support LOA(Licensed Only Agent) agents. Ensure and enhance the quality of sales calls. Performance management and promotion of LOA agents.
