– All tolerance requirements in the blueprints must be translated into the programming code.
– Machine operation Able to operate CNC mill and lathe
– Programming Generate workable CNC lathe and mill machine codes using CAM software.
– Operator instructions are to be entered, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers,
offsets, compensation and conditional switches.
– Programmer must apply dynamic tool path for hard-to-cut materials and be able to program for
3,4, 5 axis mill and lathe.
– Fixture design Design CAD model of custom fixture when required.
– Feeds and Speeds Able to calculate optimized feeds and speeds for HEM, plunging, full slotting and
roughing
ㅇ 지원자격조건
– The emphasis is on the extensive knowledge in CNC programming and machining operation to machine
parts that are conforming to customer specification.
– AS degree on CNC manufacturing
– 3+ years of programming & machining experience.
– Must be fluent in English. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, PPT, Excel)

3) QC Inspector(품질관리 직원) 채용
ㅇ 주요업무:
– Inspection
Inspect dimensional features of parts using CMM, thread gauges, pin gauges, drop gauges, optical
comparator and other inspection tools.
– GD&T and blueprints
Have an extensive understanding of GD&T concept and interpret blueprints. All geometrical tolerance
requirements in the blueprints must be inspected on the parts. The competence of inspectors is critical to
the validity of inspection findings. Competence is understood to encompass both theoretical knowledge
and practical ability.

All tolerance requirements in the blueprints must be translated into machining parts.
