    I.             Collection Clerk

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Downloading data from bank regarding the divert funds to company and categorizing the data
    2. Contact customers to inform and explain rejected funds
    3. Divert deposits rejected from customers account due to account closed and frozen
    4. Reserve customers account due to rejected funds
    5. Mail/fax invoices regarding rejected items
    6. Explain collection issue and procedures to customers
    7. Make/Receive calls from customers regarding collection matter
    8. Assist customers to solve matters regarding collection issue
    9. Persuade customers to resolve collection matter
    10. Coordinate activities with other team.
    11. Abide company policies, goals and procedures specific to the team.
    12. Assist manager to improve collection tasks
    13. Answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls, e-mail, fax request from customers
    14. Deposit rejected funds to merchant account due to account closed 
    15. Performs other tasks as assigned by my manager related with collection
    16. Forward liability merchant to collection agency
    17. Remove all resolved matters that were forwarded to collection agency
    18. Contact customers regarding any holds regarding a State Levy

     

    Skills/Qualifications:

    1. Recommended high school or college courses include those related to business, such as accounting, management or other related studies
    2. Knowledgeable of computer, internet, web functions and MS Office and authoring software
    3. Project management skills / Strong analytical skills
    4. Bilingual: Fluent Korean and English
    5. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing merchant services.
    6. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences and communicate ideas and speak clearly so others can understand you.
    7. Negotiate & persuade customers to comprehend in a reasonable matter regarding outstanding issue, so we may collect upon account receivable.

    II.           Marketing Specialist

    The primary role of the Marketing Specialist is to support Marketing Manager’s efforts in developing and launching company’s new product platforms, across all regions and channels. These platforms are expected to be incremental growth drivers for our business in every Channel and region. The team is expected to deliver against customers’ needs and overall business performance to achieve internal profitability goals.

    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Working with complex cross-functional teams (Operation teams, sales, finance, and branch offices) in terms of timelines, communication and process. Assist in development of product concepts, merchant research, briefs to R&D, management of new brand communications and development of launch plans
    2. Assists in working with sales divisions and branch offices to manage the ideation and execution of brand appropriate new product lines
    3. Assists with development of annual marketing plans to achieve targeted sales and performance goals. Marketing plans include advertising & media, brand communication (visual merchandising, emails and direct mail), promotional activities across all distribution channels and partnership with PR to build credit card processing products/services credentials
    4. Tracking and analyzing product sales performance via internal data systems and syndicated data
    5. Analyzes and develops reporting on results, including marketplace and competitive evaluation

    Skills/Qualifications:

    1. Years of relevant experience: 2 or more years marketing/project management experience in competitive marketing organization (i.e. Credit Card company, Bank, Financial Service, premium businesses, etc). Some experience in credit card service processing environments highly preferred
    2. Solid understanding of promotions and trade spending, experience in business analysis is highly desirable – excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    3. Demonstrated project management skills, process orientation is a plus
    4. Strong spreadsheet and presentation development skills (Microsoft Office)
    5. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    6. Comfortable with ambiguity, agile, business-savvy and resourceful.

    III.          Web Software Developer

    Job Responsibilities:

    1.    Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing.

    2.    Develop new Web applications as identified by supervisor

    3.    Create a company-wide Intranet, allowing data manipulation for each internal staff member.

    4.    Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated.

    5.    Perform complete testing of Web applications–unit and system, engaging users as necessary.

    6.    Conduct all user acceptances testing, and report results.

    7.    Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use.

    8.    Develop external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information.

    9.    Candidate must be a team player and willing to teach and to learn.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    1. Require a bachelor’s degree in a related area and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area such as web and windows application development.
    2. Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (i.e., SQL, C++, HTML, CGI, C#. net, ASP.net  and JavaScript).
    3. Strong web application development capability
    4. Web environment setup capability a plus
    5. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
