Essential Job Duties

Coordinate ISO 45001 Certification: Coordinate the certification process and ensure continuous improvement in all Safety & Health programs.

Hazard Identification and Mitigation: Identify and mitigate hazards in plant operations and administrative offices.

Daily Line Walks: Conduct daily inspections to ensure EH&S practices are observed and to identify any at-risk behaviors, unsafe conditions, faulty equipment, or non-compliance with EH&S policies/regulations.

Safety Communication: Ensure timely communication of safety issues and concerns to department leadership.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Coordinate teams to drive safety improvements across the organization.

Incident Investigations: Participate in incident investigations and track corrective actions.

Emergency Response: Participate in emergency response drills and critiques.

Training: Conduct new hire orientation, contractor safety training, and other EH&S related training topics.

Program Development: Develop and update site-specific programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Accident Response and Prevention: Respond appropriately in the event of an accident and take steps to prevent recurrence.

Total Compensation
– Salary: To be determined after the interview ($70,000 – $100,000).
