In a Manufacturing plant there are constraint machines in Department 25.  There are 30 machines and 15 operators.  Set up is done using help from available operators to minimize time spent on changeovers. The company is on a standard cost system and standard hours are set on direct labor man-hours.  Efficiency is earned compared to these labor standards. On this particular week the following rates of earned hours were achieved:

If standards are set at an expectation of 7.5 hours per day per direct labor employee, and all employees were there for the full 8 hours each day, what is the efficiency for the department?

음,, 전공은 아니지만, 제 생각으로 계산해보면, () 안은 단위

주당 실제기계작동량 = 563 (machine hour)
주당 노동가능작업량 = 40(hour) x 15(man) x 7.5/8 (작업가능비율) = 562.5 (man hour)

작업효율 = 실제기계작동량 / 노동가능작업량 … 으로 생각해 볼 수 있지 않을까요? 대충 이런식일것 같아요. 전문가께서 풀어주시길~
