어느 분이시든지 조회 가능하신분께서

한가지 더 질문 드립니다.

딜러라고 하면서 매장에서 거래하지 말고
저보고 프로세싱피를 아끼라고 밖에서 만나자고 하며

중고차의 경우 seller 가 sign한 title과 Sales agreement 등에 서로 sign 후 payment를 하고 받은 title을 DMV에 제출해서 변경 신청을 했던 거로 기억합니다.

Car plate는 기존의 것을 사용하거나 또는 새로 발급받거나 둘중 하나인데 역시 DMV에서 처리합니다.

기본적으로 car title이 이상없다면 별다른 문제는 없을것으로 생각되지만, 장외 거래를 하자고 하면서 licensed dealer라고 한다면 사업자 등록증을 보여달라고 하셔서 double check 하시는게 좋을 듯 합니다.

개인 사업자의 경우 Tax id 등을 통해 등록된 사업자인지 아닌지 알수 있습니다. 만약 단순히 sales man이 개인의 이익을 위해 사업장에서 거래를 하지 않고 장외 거래를 하자고 한다면 별로 권장하고 싶지 않은 거래인듯 합니다.
