Jeffersonville, IN에 위치한 본 제조업계 중 세계에서 5번째로 큰 회사에서 아래와 같은 조건으로 Account Coordinator를 채용중입니다.

Hiring Type: Entry-level, Full-Time

Selected Account Coordinator will be fully responsible for total sales transaction—from contract to closing to invoice reconciliation.

- Respond to inbound sales calls/customer telephone or emailed inquiries concerning all company products, processing 
       services, pricing and delivery options
    - Document customer orders in an accurate and timely manner and provide information as necessary to other 
       departments/individuals within the organization to ensure high quality customer service.
    - Submits orders to HQ in Korea or other global locations by referring to price lists and product literature.
    - Coordinate shipping/logistics and follow up to ensure proper delivery of products
    - Handle invoice reconciliation (AP/AR management)
    - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems,  developing solutions, preparing reports, and making 
       recommendations to management.
